Born in 1987, Atallah Al-Salim has earned his BA in Political Sciences and International Affairs from the Lebanese American University. Following that, he worked in the capacity of researcher & content writer in the following organizations:

Issam Fares Institute for Public Policy & International Affairs (IFI)
United Nations Reliefs and Works Agency for the Palestinians in the Near East (UNRWA)

Moreover, he worked for several organizations as freelance researcher.
He established his personal blog in 2009. According to 2016 statistics, his blog attracted a total of 4654 views from more than 50 countries.
Besides his professional activities, Mr. Al- Salim had written several articles for As-Safir & Al-Akhbar newspapers. Moreover, he designed concepts and created content for advocacy campaigns, particularly campaigns advocating for the passage of access to information law, whistleblower protection law, and several other legislative reforms, and provided consultancy services for other country-wide campaigns.
His passions for poetry lead him to publish his first poetry book in 2013, and his second book in 2015. In addition, he delivered trainings on writing skills and techniques for different audiences.
